When you export the lists to Excel, why aren’t the mail addresses in this file?

How can I follow whether journalists are interested in my bulletin and invitations or not?

You can check the last read information or whether images were downloaded or not from the reports section. In addition, journalists’ RSVP notifications for your press invitations can be reached on the system as well. You can check this using your invitation reports.

Why can’t I see the e-mail addresses of journalists and publications?

The e-mail addresses of journalists can only be seen by Faselis PR Pro agency package users and Faselis PR Gold organization package users. If you are not able to seen the e-mail addresses, this shows that your membership package does not include this feature. If you wish to change your package, please contact our sales department

Is it possible for me to add my private data or list to Faselis’ data?

Faselis only provides service with the purpose of distributing press bulletins and invitations to the members of the press and blogs. Therefore, users cannot add their private data to Faselis other than data on journalists and send e-mails to these people on Faselis. Similarly, it is not possible to upload your own media list. You can send an e-mail to media@faselis.com (mailto:medya@faselis.com) address or request information about a particular journalist’s up-to-datedness.

Can I only use the press lists on Faselis? How can I create my own private press list?

When you are sending press release, you can create your own press list besides using the lists created by our expert team. To create your own lists, you can click on the press lists section on the left side menu on the system and click on the list management choice on the upper right side. If you wish to have a general list on the opened page, you need to write the list name in the “new list” section for a particular brand and choose Add. Do I update the private press list I created myself? How does my private list stay updated?

If the list you prepared includes the lists created by the Faselis team as well, the updates of that list will be automatically reflected on your list. If the people you add are those you find as a result of the searches you make in the advanced search section, they will be automatically excluded from your list if they left the publication they were working in. However, it is not possible for the person who replaced them to be automatically added to your list.

Can I send press releases to the common e-mail addresses of publications as well? How?

There are publications and sometimes the related Department email addresses in each of the ready lists in the files you send. When creating a personal list, it is possible to add only people’s e-mail addresses besides adding the Department mail addresses by using the advanced search section. While creating a personal list, you need to choose advanced search on the right hand side and the Department section on top of the lists on the left side of the page.

I cannot see the email addresses of journalists on Faselis. How can I directly communicate with them? How can I send a private mail to journalists on Faselis?

You can use the shortcut search section or the advanced search section in the people tab to directly communicate with journalists. You can click on the names of the people in this section and directly contact journalist using the “direct message” feature. A copy of the mail you send to the journalist will be sent to your e-mail address as well. Can I forward a press release which I have previously sent to a single journalist again?

To send a previously sent press release to a single journalist, you need to search this person’s name on the upper left side and click on the name. Then, you simply choose the “releases” section on the opened page and click on the green envelope icon next to the bulletin you wish to send from the list.

We are not able to download the lists we prepare on the system as MS Excel.

Downloading lists on the system or the lists you have created as MS Excel is a feature which can only be used by Faselis PR Pro agency package users and Faselis PR Gold organization package. In other packages, this feature is not supported. If you wish to change your package, please contact our sales department.

How can I speedily access the detailed information of a journalist or publications whose name I know?

You can speedily access the journalist or publication names from the shortcut search on the upper left hand side and check their information.
