How are brand fees calculated and billed?

Faselis PR agency users can create their brand accounts for monthly periods. For instance, an account which is activated on 12th of January remains active until the 12th of February. As for pricing, 1 credit is used from the current credit section for Standard package users. For pro package users, 1 is added to the brand number to be calculated in the billing period at the beginning of the month and multiplying the brand number to be billed for that month with the unit price.

What is credit? How is credit used?

The prepaid organizations use Faselis on credit basis. A brand’s monthly usage fee is defined as 1 credit. Organizations working on credit basis will come across the “Insufficient credit” warning when they try to activate their brands without uploading credit. How can I add my credit card to the system?

To be able to use the system and buy credits, you need to define your credit card to Faselis and keep it saved on the system. This step can only be done by admins. If you are a user with Admin authorization, click on the “settings cursor” shaped like a cogwheel on the upper right side of the page after you enter the system and go to “Credit card details” tab. How is credit uploaded?

After users who are admins enter the system, they can view the “credit” tap by clicking on the “settings cursor” which is shaped like a cogwheel on the upper right side of the page. It will be sufficient for you to choose the credit amount you will be buying in this tab and click the “Buy credit” button. Which cards can I add to the system?

You can add your credit cards, bank cards and virtual cards to the system but these cards need to be open to online and external transactions. Note: Faselis Works with Braintree Payments which is one of the leading payment receipt service provider in the USA for credit card payments. Braintree is owned by Paypal which is the world’s biggest payment systems firm and has USA PCl Level 1 security certificate.

When I am doing credit purchase, I receive an error message?

When you click the “Buy credits” button, the system request the related fee from your bank. In cases where your bank does not approve of the purchasing process for various reasons, the “Error” message appears on the system interface. This is completely related to your bank’s not giving approval to your purchase. How can I follow my invoices and payments?

You need to have Admin authorization on the system for this procedure. You can follow your bill payments from the “Invoices” tab in the settings section and can download your invoices from the download icon on the left side of the date.
