When you do not have an active brand on Faselis, all buttons with the exception of the management button located on the upper right side of the page looks passive and thus, cannot be used. At the same time, “No active brands in your Faselis account!” warning will appear on your screen. You can activate your buttons by refresh the page after brand activation.

To be able to see brand on the system, you need to be authorized for that brand. If you have admin authorization, you need to authorize yourself for the brand. If you do not have admin authorization, you can contact your organization admin whose information is located on the activity screen and request authorization. Note: If you cannot see a brand for which you are sure that you have authorization, check whether your brand is active or not.

Only 1 user can remain active on the system with the same user name and password. While a user is on the system and a second user enter the system with the same username and password, the first user is automatically logged off the system. In such cases, it is advised for you need to change your password and not share it with anyone.
