Reports

You can enter your press release’s report from the reports tab on the left side menu and download which journalist reads your bulletin from which publication and downloads its file to your computer as an MS Excel file.

You can download all press release and invitation reports with the “Export to Excel” button which is on the upper part of the report detail page to your computer.

After opening the report of your press invitation, you can click on the green phone icon next to people’s names, choose names from that list and if you wish, take a note of the RSVP information on your Faselis report.

Faselis is responsible for transmitting your press releases to the servers of journalists. Within this framework, our servers keep on sending the bulletins until the other server accepts the transfers which it does not accept for any reason. To be able to reach the transfer reports of a brand which is passive, you just need to click the “Archive” tab on the upper part of the page after clicking the “Reports” tab. Note: In order to be able to use this feature, you need to have at least one active brand on Faselis.

It is not possible for a journalist to directly block your brand or organization on the system, however they are able to block the sectors they do not wish to receive press releases from. If a journalist blocks all of the sectors you have defined for your brand in the Brand Settings section (you can define a maximum of 3 sectors for a brand), then that journalist will not receive the mails you send in relation to your brand.
