How can I block journalists I do not wish to send anything to?

After you enter the system, click on the “people” section in the left menu and go to the “Advanced search” tab on the upper part of the opened page. How I can block publications I do not wish to send?

Search for the publications or people on the shortcut search section on the upper left hand corner on the system and reach the publications card by clicking on them. You can block that publication for a single brand or all of your brands from the “blocks” tab on the right of the publication card When you do this, Faselis does not send the bulletins of a single brand or all of your brands you choose to block to any journalist who works in that particular publication.

From which mail address do the press release go? When a journalist wishes to reply to a mail I send, where do his/her mails go?

All sendings made over Faselis are sent to journalists from the pressrelease@faselis.com (mailto:pressrelease@faselis.com) address with the name information you define to the sender section. A journalist who is sent a press release over Faselis can click on the “reply to e-mail” button, view the e-mail address of the user chosen as the sender in the transfer of the press release and reply.

Although I confirm of sending the press release, why is the press release seen in the “Pending” file?

With the idea that you may do last minute changes in the files you wish to send, all approved bulletins are kept in the “Pending” folder for about 10 minutes and this allows you to make all kinds of changes during this time. When this time is up, the bulletin is sent and moved to the “Sent” folder.

How can I change the images or attached files of a sent bulletin?

In order to change the image or attached files of a sent press release, choose your brand by clicking on the “release” button in the left hand menu. Then, click on the green envelope icon next to the bulletin heading you wish to change and open the bulletin. When you move your cursor on the attached files, you will see the expression “Change.” You can replace your attached files or visuals by clicking on this expression. Is it possible to erase a bulletin which has been sent?

None of the messages sent as e-mail can be erased, however changes can be made on the visual and attached files sent as attached files or the files can be totally erased. Journalists who read your e-mail after you make the changes will see the final version of the attached files. Note: The removed files cannot be replaced with new ones. In order to add a new file, you need to click on the “Change” button.

How can you cancel sending a press release?

Press releases waiting to be sent are kept in the “Pending” folder. Can we send things according to media type or period at different dates?

The system supports sending press release in both forms at different dates. In these sending types, you can send press release at different times by assigning the desired send date to different publication types or publications in different periods in your send list.

How can I arrange my press release or invitation to send at a later date?

Faselis allows you to send your press releases at a later date and hour. It is enough for you to choose the desired date and hour in the sending process. When the determined date and hour comes, the press release will be serviced to the lists you choose by the system and a copy will be transferred to you simultaneously.

How can I save my press release to the system to send it later on?

After you create your press release on the system, you can save your release in the “Drafts” folder by clicking the “Save” button. Afterwards, you can reach your saved press release at any time and on any computer and send it.

How many images can I send with the Press Release?

All attached files sent over Faselis are uploaded to the Faselis server. Therefore, there is no number or size limitation when you send files. Although Faselis does not have any limitations, we suggest you to upload a maximum of 20 images due to mails’ “viewable area” limitation. When you exceed this number, the small image previews cannot be seen by journalists. During the bulletin preparation stage, the “Save” button is not activated.

For the save button to be active, The sender should be selected, The subject heading part should be filled-in and The journalist text areas should be filled-in. When these three areas are filled-in, the Save button will be activated.

During the press release preparation stage, my name is not seen under the “Senders” part.

The names in the brands’ sender and test group are determined by users defined as admins on the system. If you do not have admin authorization, you need to communicate the brands you wish to add as sender to your organization admins indicated on the “Activity” page. Important: Within the scope of the package you are using, the number of people you can add to the sender and test groups can be limited.

Can journalists save their press invitations to the their agendas?

These are the section in which you add the details and dates of events on the editorial page where press invitations are prepared and the areas arranged for journalists to save the invitations in their agendas.
