What is brand account?

You need to create a Brand Account on behalf of your client to send a press release or invitation over Faselis PR. Through this brand account , only the press releases and invitations about that particular brand can be sent. Brand accounts are created for a duration of 1 month. As long as you do not do the necessary arrangement from the brand settings, the account is renewed each month.

How can I arrange from which name my press release will be sent?

You can arrange from which name your press bulletins will be sent as a user who has Admin authorization from the senders tab in the brand setting section. After you open this section, you can use the plus signs next to the names on the bottom or by filling-in the red empty areas on the top.

What are brand account limitations? Can we send as much releases as we want?

With membership to Faselis PR Pro agency, there are no limitations about brands in Faselis Gold corporate membership types. In Faselis PR Standard membership type, the sender name can be defined as only one person. In Faselis Silver corporate membership type, the sender name can be defined as only one person and 3 press releases or invitations can be sent per month. How can I close my brand account?

Activization or deactivation of brands are done by users who are defined as admin on the system. If you are a user authorized as an admin, click on the “Settings” button shaped like a cogwheel on the right side of the page and go to the “Brands” tab on the opened page. In organizations which use the system as agencies, brands are only created and priced monthly. There are no account preferences which are shorter in term.

Why am I not allowed to add a new brand?

​​​​​​Faselis does not allow the same brand to be created twice on the system to prevent brand mix up. Therefore, all the posts related to a brand are archived under the same brand with the related reports. Prior to creating a new brand, you need to check the brand which can be seen in the “brand archive” section but are not active. Can we close Faselis on the months we are not going to use it?

When the monthly use periods of all your brands expire on Faselis PR and you no longer have active brands on the system, you can enter Faselis PR but you cannot Access media database, transfer reports or other functions. Shortly, in a way your Faselis account is closed. When you create a new brand in the Settings section or reactivate an old brand, your membership start again.
