If you are using Faselis PR Pro agency membership package, you need to click the “new brand” choice on the right side after choosing the brands tab in the settings section. You need to fill-in the brand name in the red section. Then, you click save and arrange the sector information, authorization, test users and senders sections on the opened page in order for your brand to be used fully.
If you are using Faselis PR Standard membership package, you need buy credits using the “credit” choice in the settings section. Then, you can apply the steps indicated for Faselis PR Pro indicated above.
If your credit card is not defined to Faselis, you need to add your card using the “credit card details” in the settings section.
