You can use the Faselis reports menu to track who has read the press releases and invitations you have sent, who has downloaded the attached documents to their computers, and who has shared them in social media.
Report Selection:
When you click on the Reports menu on the left side, you will be presented with a two-section screen, just as in the case of the “Mailing” menu. You will find the brands you are authorized for on the left side. When you click on a brand you wish to access the reports for, the report for the said brand will appear on the right side. If there are many brands you are authorized for, then you can type the name of the brand you want in the “Fast Brand Search” box located on top of the brands to access them faster.
If you wish to access the reports of a brand that is no longer active, you can then click on the “Archive” icon on the top section of the brands to access the list of brands in the archive.
When you select a brand, you will be presented with a list of press releases and invitations sent out for that brand on the right side of the screen. You can distinguish between press releases and invitations via the “PRESS RELEASE” and “INVITATION” identifiers in front of them.
Report Details:
When you click on any press release or invitation, you will reach the report of that press release or invitation. You can click on the (X) icon located on the very top of the screen that appears to open the distributed press release in a new tab. The (X) icon allows you to copy the link of the press release. This allows you to transmit the press release link to other people via e-mail and similar tools. The “Export to Excel” icon, as the name suggests, allows you to download the report in MS Excel format to your computer.
Summary
The number inside the circle on the very left of the summary information frame located on the top section shows how many people, departments, and offices the press release or invitation was read by.
In the section right next to that, you can see summary information regarding the reading of the press release. The publication section shows how many publications the press release was read by (if it is read by more than one person, department or office at a publication, this is regarded as a 1 time reading for the publication as a whole) and to how many publications it was sent to. The People, Department and Office rows on the bottom row similarly contain detailed information.
You can find the download box right next to the reading box. This box contains information on how many images, videos, and files sent together with the press release and invitation were downloaded.
If you have added a social media sharing option to your press release, then the Sharing box next to the Download box will show by how many people and on which social media platforms the press release was shared.
Next to the summary box you can find the mailing option field which allows you to examine separate reports for mailings distributed on different dates. When you enter the report details page, you can see all mailings together. When you select a date from this field, you will see the reports for only that mailing.
List
When you enter the report screen, you will see the “Publication” based report details. You can resort this report by Publication Name, Date Mailed, Date Read, Image, Video, File downloads and social media shares by clicking on the relevant icons. Additionally, you can sort the press invitations by Back Search and the press releases by LCV results.
To have back search information in a more systematic manner and to save all information on Faselis, you can click on the (X) icon next to the person you are going too search to open the contact card of that person. The left side of the contact card contains the contact information of the person and the publication. You will see that the right side also contains the “Back Search / LCV” tab. On this tab you can save the results of your meeting by clicking on one of the options.
By clicking on the (+) icon next to the publication names, you can see to which journalists, departments, and offices at that publication the press release was sent to and other information.
The “Fast Search” box located on the right top allows you to filter the results. Faselis will search the word you type in this field both in Publication names and also people, department, and office names and filters results accordingly.
While the “Publications” tab provides a report grouped by publication name, the “People”, “Departments”, and “Offices” tabs located on top do not contain any grouping, but only reports specific too that tab.
